Return Policy
We will not accept a return if requested more than 90 days after the purchase. Key to Eternity orders may be returned by mail within the 90-day timeframe at your own expense.
All items returned must be in returnable condition. All sealed products must be sealed to qualify for a full refund. If you have purchased clothing from us, unwashed, unworn items can be returned for a full refund. If you purchase a bundle or get a free item, you will have to send back the FULL bundle of original purchase to receive the full refund. Once we receive the item, we will process your return and issue you a refund. You can expect to see the amount refunded to your card within 5 to 7 business days.
If you’d like to exchange an item you purchased for a different item, you can send the original item back to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order for a different item or size.
